Blahgk, just puked after 3rd ES, now what....

So last night, drank both my ES doses just fine, drank down my olive oil like a champ, then woke up today, drank my 3rd ES and went back to bed, then all the sudden felt wicked nauseous and was resisting the feeling but i couldn't any more, and i puked huge. Now it's the scheduled time for the 4th last dose but i can't even. I know it too will come right up. I still haven't even had the expected diarrhea, i did have one moment in the night, but not like i remember from my last 2 LF's. What gives?

I guess i'll just rest it off and see what happens. I feel so tired and spent though, and all i managed to accomplish was puking. I still feel lots of motion on the ocean in my belly though, so perhaps the wave is still comin. I've only been up for 2 hours really.
