I laid on my side, but I think I feel asleep before the 20 minutes and everytime I Woke up I Was on my back. SO I am not sure that I was on the side for 20 minutes or not.

I passed about 100 to 150 stones ... not bad for the first time I think

I did not realize how "full" I was, I just kept going, and going, and going ...just like the energizer bunny! (smile)

Oh, and about the olive oil, I drain mine real quick, but using grapefruit juice made it very tolerable... and using a straw Tweet
