In regards to the dosage of Epsom Salts . I only take 4 teaspoons rather then 4 tablespoons of ES and it still gives me "buttpee".I keep running to the toilet every half an hour following the flush....so I suppose ES is individual thing.However, last time I did GB flush I tool just 3 teaspoons, it wasn't too bad but my flush wasn't very successful...
