Re: Hashimoto's Antibodies/Infections

Thanks. I gave up gluten over a year ago. About once a week or every two weeks we'll go out to eat and I'll eat it but that's it. HV- Should I keep gluten out completely during this time?
I've been working on my adrenals for awhile as well.

If you have a sensitivity to specific glutens then you should avoid those.  Otherwise I would not worry about it.  But speaking of worry, stress weakens the adrenals and you are stressing over your antibody levels for one.  The fact that the levels are going down is a good sign that the infection is likely gone.  So don't stress over this.
