When a person's biliary system is clogged with stones, sludge and parasites it usually takes many LFs to clear the system out. Almost everybody makes some Gallstones and if their system is not clogged or if they dont have very large stones then they are excreted naturally. The first flush or first several flushes usually push the stones out that have collected in the gall bladder. The the stones up in the bile tubules in the liver start coming down to the bladder. Over time more and more stones are gotten out until the person sees bright green bile coming out in the purge. Then a person is advised to do them once or twice a year or if symptoms reoccur.
The gallbladder is just a squirt bag. It hangs off the main bile duct and bile is collected there until a person eats then the bag starts squirting bile upwards into the stomach. The more bile the bag collects the greater the pressure as it squirts and it is this pressure which pushes stones and sludge out. So you see it is good to have a bladder full of bile to have a good flush. This does reduce the bile pool and it takes as long as two weeks for the bile pool to recover. Eating a high fiber diet as you are doing increases the production of bile and promotes a healthy bile pool.
