What is ideal to eat/drink on Day TWO?


Day One being low-fat/light b'fast and lunch, nothing after 2pm, ES at 6 and 8 and OO/LJ at 10pm

When I wake up the following morning, Day 2, I understand I should have ES at 6 or 7 and again at 8 or 9, right? And then what are some examples of what to eat/drink that day?
