Gallbladder issues AND flu -coffee enema?

I am in the middle of major gallbladder issues and am fresh post-liver flush. And today, all my lymph nodes started swelling up, my throat is sore, and I am getting muscle aches. I am also having constant lower back pain and gallbladder pain every time I eat.
My GI system is moving about as quickly as it can under the circumstances. I have found that magnesium citrate or Epsom Salts makes me feel very spacey and my head swim and vision change, so I can't go that route right now. I am and have been drinking TONS of water.
I was going to take the suggestion of a coffee enema for the gallbladder issues and adrenaline rushes, but is that something I should do when I am seemingly coming down with a bug? (there is a bug going around.)
ANY suggestions owuld be appreciated. I am miserable! I haven't been able to eat much besides veggies, rice and fish in about a month now, I am losing weight because of it. And I don't even feel well enough to take care of my kids on my own.
I have an appt with a GI specialist next week, but I really don't want to intervene surgically unless i have to. And I don't know exactly what to do to sustain my poor body in the mean time!
