I am starting the think that ANY kind of supplement is over rated. I forgot to take my antifungals, l glutamine, slippery elm, Whole food vitamin. and OMG you would think I'd feel terrible but NO
I didn't take any supps for about 60 hours and felt outstanding. Then I took my supps again this afternoon, and my eyes swelled and i felt bad.
Could supps being doing more harm than good. I am starting to think this as true, I will test this theory out again and report back
