Some foods are way overrated

foods that get labeled as healthy often aren't- "good fats"

foods that are bad (or less benificial)  for some who are more sensitive are bad for most like nuts and shellfish and dairy

the healthiest foods are those that they use to make vitamins out of-fruits and vegetables

you can buy a product that is made with a beneficial ingredient or you can just buy that ingredient

it may be possible for someone to not tolerate greens, but it is more rare

kale is one of the most nutrient rich vegetables but in order to enjoy it you must change your palate and rehabilitate your taste buds
