Saturated fat is the good fat, and this is supported by the actual chemical nature of all the fatty acids. The chemistry books teach the correct chemistry, but then at the end they try and say unsaturated fat is good. Nope, Saturated fat should be consumed the most of all the 3 major types.

Even lettuce makes my blood Sugar plummet a few hours later. I eat zero vegetation, and I get really sick of people trying to convince me to eat it.
Nobody will ever convince me to eat something that makes me ill, I don't care how healthy it's "supposed" to be.
