Re: Supplements WAY over rated?
Yes. Also, todays soil is under depleted in nutrients.
Not like it was 100 years ago. When we get into out next place, I want to grow my own small organic garden. And, use our own saved compost, which makes great fertilizer, than add some good worms to the soil, cultivates it more.
Kitchen scraps of egg shells, fruit and veggie peels, all good for compost. Also, even the Bible gives examples of good crops, by rotating the crop from year to year and giving the soil a rest once every 3 -4 years. Even organic farmers will tell you this.
But, to find out for sure, I am researching to find a reliable, quality test for vitamins. Minerals, I'm going with the hair analysis of ATR. Than, I won't be guessing.
But, in the meantime just a good well-rounded whole food suppliment, whether tablet, capsule or greens powder.
