Thank you so much for the information you provided! I am trying to learn as much as I can to get a successful liver cleanse especiallly since it's my first. It's almost as if I do better if I don't eat throughout the day too? I have been having such restless sleeps! I just can't wait to get to the end just to say I did it! I envy everyone here who has no problems and that they have accomplished it right to the end! It's kinda daunting at first...threading in new teritory is kinda scary at times! Thanks again!!!
