Re: POLL--Coffee/tea-Agree/disagree? Caffeine stimulate candida?

The biggest problem is that black tea and coffee are fermented beverages. It's easy for mold to enter the drink in the process of fermentation. The mold causes a yeast reaction.

Freshly brewed green tea should be OK since it's not fermented. Bottled is best avoided. I wouldn't have very much in any case, especially, of course, if caffeine causes you trouble.

I was sensitive to caffeine before (couldn't drink it after 4PM or I would have insomnia), but the occasional green tea doesn't bother me now.
