I have definitely noticed more fatigue after Vitamin E.
I have noticed a little irritability after Vitamin B1, but since then it seems to help (at a low dose).
I'm going to pay attention to the Magnesium now - even though I think this great supplement in MANY cases - it may need to be used extra cafefully with AF.
Personally the biggest one that was a surprise for me was Zinc. Apparently Zinc really lowers cortisol, and while this is supposed to be temporary it can't help daily fatigue.
This is all good to know when trying to build that Cortisol back up...
