Adrenal Testing in Canada

I was wondering where I can order a proper test from Canada through a reliable lab (the lab doesn't have to be in Canada, just able to accept patients from here).

I need to do a 4-point Saliva Cortisol test preferably with DHEA as well. The labs I find only do testing for U.S. residents or do not include DHEA.
