Excruciating pain is usually the predominant symptom of biliary obstruction. The pain usually prefers the right side and the top of the shoulders. Liver bile duct obstruction can be more silent. Centre left pain is often associated with the stomach and kidney.

Clay stools are the same colour as the old beige colour computer cases.

Eat stewed fruit and/or vegetables after a liver-flush raw fruit is hard work is much harder work for the digestive system and the priority is to replenish the electrolytes.

Chronic dehydration caused by low electrolytes can also be responsible for the symptoms you describe. The next time you have biliary pain take a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in 3/4 glass of warm water. If the pain subsides within 20 minutes then this is a good indicator of biliary obstruction.
