I've had that problem and so have several other people on this forum. It was more of a problem with the first flushes I did, only occasionally lately. I would coat my anus area with olive oil and wash thoroughly after a bm with warm water then use the olive oil again. Use gloves so as not to contaminate your hands.

It is better to use more ES to have a good purge as you want to pass the toxins released out of you as quickly as possible and don't want to leave any stones stuck in the folds of the intestine or in the main bile duct and gall bladder.
