Not a fan of psyllium. Gives people a lot of gas because its highly fermentable. Gave me extreme bloating. Pumpkin seeds seem to give me the best bowel movements. Maybe cause their very high in magnesium. I try to find the pumpkin seeds that have 0% calcium that seems to help as well. Pumpkin seeds may not be for everyone, but its the only seed or nut that seems to agree with me. Sometimes macadamia nuts will agree with me as well.
