I'll look into nettle leaf more intensily. As for ashwagandhs, I've done much reading on this, and have found contriversy on it's ability to mainly reduce cortisol levels. If that be the case, I don't want to reduce already low cortisol levels, that I have.
I have order some Taurine,works on GABA.
From my own personal experiences, I've found that taking a consistant basis of even natural anti-anxiety things, causes me to develope a tolerance and have rebound anxiety. So my thinking it to alternate these suppliments.
