Nope, you have to buy it online. It's around $50 with shipping for the serum, but it'll last you a long, long time. Get the 10% stuff, first. When that is gone, you can work up to the 15%.

I still use the cold cream or Boudreaux's Butt Paste every night (I allow it to sit on my face for a half hour to and hour). It does a good job of moisturizing and just reassures me that I'm still killing the nasty things. I still get little black specks and cigar-shaped things when I use the Butt Paste and then scratch under my chin. The things are relentless...but at least my Acne is now under control.

Yeah, they really like the corners of your mouth. They also LOVE to form colonies under your jawbone and chin. That's where mine have been the worst.

Definitely try the Nucelle...it works wonders!!
