I suggest that you start consuming ginger, and also cayenne pepper. Start slowly with the cayenne pepper and build up the dosage. Cayenne helps stimulate digestion, and helps alleviate stomach acid deficiency. Ginger helps solve many digestive problems. Add plenty of nuts and seeds(besides peanuts) to your diet as a good healthy source of calories, minerals, proein and fiber. You might also want to take a digestive enzyme supplement that also has betaine HCL. Make sure to drink enough filtered water.
Some might tell you to do a one month
parasite cleanse with
Wormwood , green
Black-Walnut , and cloves. I think that may be a good idea to not only get rid of parasites, but to jump start your stomach acid production(wormwood is great for that), and to also kill candida(wormwood is one of the best things for that).
Wormwood is very strong stuff though, so don't overdo it, as using too much or using it for too long might be toxic. Follow the directions on the
parasite cleanse package.
