Sounds like it might be a deficiency of minerals(magnesium, zinc, selenium, calcium or copper) or it might be a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are taking B vitamins, don't take them at night. Don't have any coffee or other caffeine after noon. Take a B50 supplement 2 or 3x a day(not at night though). Get more exercise. Make sure the room is dark and cool when you sleep. If it is noisy, then sleep with ear plugs.
