The capsules are a last resort.
Humble's recommendations worked very well for me.
Organic (no added vitamin C) grape juice (I found it in the frozen foods section at whole foods, cascadian farms brand) covered up the taste COMPLETELY!!
Also, before I take my doses, I hold the glass AWAY from me, take a deep breath, EXHALE, and then, without breathing, I down the dosage and immediately follow it with a huge glass of water.
Another alternative is to make up a batch of mint tea (organic of course!) and have it in a pitcher in the fridge to add to the activated doses.
Both of those methods worked for me and thousands of others. I hope it helps you too!
