Any products in particular you like for gut inflammation/leaky gut?
Both licorice root and yucca root are strong anti-inflammatories and both also support the adrenals that help control inflammation in the body.
It is also essential to restore the beneficial flora. For this I prefer kefir or other cultured foods. Make sure they are fermented long enough to destroy all the sugar. You also need to feed the flora to promote the growth of the flora you ingest and the other species that are already present. Here I prefer rice bran, oat bran, FOS, inulin or other soft fibers.
It is the flora that generate the acids that keep Candida under control and in its benign yeast form to prevent the damage and inflammation to the gut.
