Of course the choice is yours, but personally if my Magnesium and Zinc was low then I would build them up first.

I think getting some occasional sunlight would be best for now.

Have you checked into your Boron levels? (Hair Mineral Analysis)

Also, are you Low-Cortisol? Zinc is known to acutely lower Cortisol so go low and go slow until you know it's effect on you.

If you can start 1 supplement at a time for a few days to see how it effects your body.
