i would really like some experienced users to shed light here.
well,i just traced back to how i started to lose the urge to have a bowel movement.
when i was eating junk all the time years ago, i was able to ahve a bowel movement every 3days at least, with strong urge wellformed stools. but when i started becoming health consious i started caring about m bowel habits alot...and for the past 2 monts, i think i started to force/squeeze stool out but not too hard though,.... now i cant have a normal bowel movement, its like only half a stool comes out eevrytime. no more than that.
i take high fiber fooods and drink loads of water even probiotics etc....
now i sincerely and beg of experienced posters to tell me a solution to get the urge back..thanks... sincerely appreciate it.
