Nuts and seeds are very good on an anti candida diet, especially the lower carb nuts like pecans and walnuts, and to a lesser degree almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. As for what to drink, I like herbal teas. Yogi and Celestial Seasonings make many varieties of herbal teas in bags that are unsweetened, or sweetened with stevia. you can buy stevia separately(make sure it is pure stevia) and use it as a sweetener.
Eggs are good, and so is lean meat or fish(the low mercury kind, such as salmon, sardines or herring). Low carb vegetables are good. Avoid the starchy ones such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, peas, etc.
