Adding spices to your diet, such as ginger, cayenne, and cloves for example will help stimulate your digestive system, and also help kill candida. Nuts and seeds are a great low carb source of calories,minerals, protein, and fiber. Some say to avoid the higher carb nuts like cashews and pistachios.
