You can rinse/gargle with cellulase (candex). Or suck on a Magnesium ascorbate tablet. Both work. But it's a little worrying that it's able to maintain a focal infection like that even while you're on that protocol.
You could try getting Mycelex lozenges from your Doctor if you can. They work well on oral thrush.
It suggests to me though, that it's still invisible to your immune system. You have to eliminate all focal infections before your immune system can see it again. When it can do that on your tongue, it means it's still controlling some key inflammatory cytokines.
I would also be working on my immune system, starting with whey protein and working out from there. And not eating any normal meals until you get further ahead of it.
