Dr. oz was talking about glutothione today!! Interesting. He said it's good for people with chronic condidtions. (well, the doctor that was with him) It absorbs the bad toxins in our blood. But he said you can't get it in a supplement, you have to get it from foods. I forgot the nut, brazilian maybe, had a lot, garlic, onions, broccoli, caulifour....
Jorge, slices of organic chicken,(applegate) and raw veggies, and hummus dip for stuff to eat. I used to eat cocunut flakes, but they bother my stomach now. Advocato, and green apple, grapefruit. I eat that stuff for snacks. I pack that stuff daily to take with me. Of course, my digestion seems to be more screwed up now, so I am reivaluating everything. I like you could eat rocks before.
