One more thing...I am NOT doing a probiotic.
I tried this for a few days and they made me sick. Went to our homeopathic doctor who said it's probably too soon & hard on the stomach right now. He suggested waiting until the gut heals then introduce them. I think in the beginning the gut needs to heal naturally.
Other than that I can eat anything with NO problems! :)
