yeah, I have no wants whatsoever for anything sweet like candi, cakes, ice cream, etc. People think I'm wierd but I'm repulsed at the thought of such items. But, I do like fresh pineapple and the sweetness in carrot juice but I don't overdo it on either.
I figured that if there is a balance in gut flora, then the mouth must be just like the gut, and brushing the teeth messes up the biofilm on the teeth. For the case of most who eat the western diet, this is a good thing as their oral biofilms are of an undesirable nature. But if you don't put crapfood in your mouth, then the biofilms that form should be of the good variety. Theory was that once you get a good biofilm on your teeth and gums, leave it the helll alone - brushing it off is a bad idea, kinda like messing up the gut flora balance.
Now that I think of it, isn't this what Dr. Price kinda proved 80 years ago ?
I love it when I wake up in the morning, I can actually feel the blood in my gums, like I feel in my fists in the morning when I clench them, they're bigger than later in the day by a small, yet perceptible amount. which leads me to another theory, that when we sleep is when things relax and our bodies do the repair for the previous day's damages. Its why I always drink a tall glass of my speical water before bed, including the collagen builders. We're all gonna eventually experience body failure in one way or another but it sure is fun learning, especially after learning that most of what most people believe is wrong.
