Okay, so you're all in agreement that synthetic fluoride is poison. Anyone have any thoughts on the naturally occurring kind? A while back I was looking at a list of elements and minerals contained in the bone matrix and if I'm not mistaken fluoride was in there. Needed in tiny amounts I suppose.
I've always liked parsley. Years ago I saw this herbalist on tv talking about how parsley became a traditional dinner plate garnish. He said it's high in fluoride, and protective of the heart muscles (and maybe the nerves that run from the gums to the heart), aside from being a breath freshener, etc.
