Is it ok to eat almond butter (for the fat and protein to prevent blood Sugar spikes)? I eat it with 2 wholegrain rye crackers before bed but the problem seems to be the high potassium content of almonds. AF'ers usually have low sodium and high potassium.
Or should I just go with peanut butter instead?
Also, does anyone know of a good adaptogen complex (tablets) that contains ashwaghanda, siberian ginseng and chinese licorice root?
