Please help!

I've having gallbladder attacks- one really bad one per month for last 3 months. Even though I eat well it can be triggered by foods.

Looking back, I had issues before this but minor- now when I get attack it's a nightmare- pain radiating to right shoulder, down right leg, and also anxiety with it.

How do I know that there is not an infection (I do not have a fever).

I am not ready to do a gallbladder flush as I am worried about a stone getting stuck. Where do I start and what do I take? The attacks are probably the scariest things I've ever been through.
