Threelac was mentioned, but if you have the strong probiotics, you really don't need Threelac as that's all it is basically. Take the probiotics on an empty stomach. What is the count and strain of the ones you have?
I guess I mistakenly assumed you worked on a cruise ship on which many more food items would be available, sorry for that. Since you can't follow the diet closely, at least you can try to keep it at a standstill by taking the antifungals, so this is what I would do in your place.
If you have or can obtain coconuts while on the ship, this would be a great and beneficial food choice.
