Thanks Feo.

I have meditative MP3s etc. that are useful when I need them, but I find that the concious breathing is the best thing to do when relaxing and wanting to drop down a notch. As you say, it's less ... stress ... of getting it in order.

then again, mindfulness meditation is about being more awake and calmly alert rather than relaxing meditation.
