is one cup olive oil harmful

I have done my first Liver Flush and i passed lots of small green granules about 1-5 mm
are they really the stones?
They may be emulsion of olive oil with lime and stomach acid and formed granules.

Also drinking so much olive oil, does it strain the liver and heart? Since this is absorbed in body will it harmful for the heart ? and liver has to work hard to digest this so liver is also strained.

and MgSO4 , does it effect the mineral balance of the body especially calcium and also kidneys have to extract that from the system.
