Re: bloating after the second flush...

Any problem with the digestion has the potential to affect the liver and gallbladder function. Whether it is gluten or lifestyle issue it has the potential th slow down the biliary system where it is unable to provide bile of sufficient quality and quantity to process the food after it leads the stomach. Bloating (gas) is a symptom of poor digestion. Swelling (water) is more of a electrolyte in-balance but both can be caused inappropriate diet and lifestyle. Pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen slightly to the right is most commonly associated with the stomach and a build up stomach acid because the bile is too weak to help neutralise the food when it enters the duodenum. It can mimic the symptoms of biliary congestion.

The Liver Flush works but often only cures when lifestyle changes are made.
