External use of MMS - Question for Tom

Tom,

What are the recommended doses and duration for using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (sodium chlorite and not chlorine dioxide) in cases of mouth wash and washing fruits and vegetables?

I have read somewhere that for mouthwash you recommend adding 4 ML of Sodium chlorite to 500 ml of water and then swish it in mouth for a few seconds without rinsing afterwards.

What about the use for disinfecting produce at home?

Also if one has to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement internally, just adding a few drops (how many) to 1 litre of water and sipping it throughout the day is good enough?

Lastly if hypochlorus acid is produced by the body and is a better disinfectant/bacteria killer than chlorous acid, why don't we just take something that has hypochlrous acid in it?

Thanks
