Re: LF Question

Usually our liver is the main detosification organ but some toxins are removed using the sulfur containing amino acids from our food and we sweat them out and we do smell when this happens. You may have noticed that you smell more when you eat garlic which contains sulfur amino acids, as do asparagus, artichokes and other foods. You might want to ask you Dr to check your liver enzyme levels to see if your liver is being damaged. Viruses and/or pollutants could cause liver damage. I've found doing sweat baths helpful and taking herbs that detox the liver.
