I found that I had to know why I was making so many gallstones. The answer was that I am sensitive to gluten. Now that I'm gluten free I don't make as many stones.
It is important to keep your body slightly alkaline rather than acid as this tends to change minerals to a biologically inactive form and the minerals settle out in bile system, kidneys, joints. I use diet - see acid forming and alkaline forming foods. Sometimes I use baking soda before going to bed. Use a pH paper strip to test saliva in the morning when you get up.
