i stopped caring about it too about 1 month ago
i'm just happy that i have no major diseases and currently i'm trying to get my body in shape, i stopped smoking weed (3 months ago) & cigarettes (2 weeks ago), exercising a bit everyday, reducing PC-use, starting jogging soon, practicing POSITIVE THINKING (something i haven't been able to do for the last couple of years)
just making the best out of it is the best we can do and really, our "disease" or whatever you want to call it, really is pretty harmless
