Milk thistle supplements were something I thought I was doing right, but d/c'd taking them for a while after reading that a couple of weeks ago. I've done 4 and soon #5; my first couple of flushes I felt more "blah", but the last 2 have felt progressively more energetic afterward. Don't have skin problems, so I don't notice much difference there (though wouldn't mind fading a couple of moles). I drink a lot of apple juice the few days before a flush, and have also noticed that a clean gut really helps in the detox process, too, so I do the Oxypowder thing for a day or so before and after. Then my homemade veggie soup the day after hits the spot. Most "normal" days, I just take oregano oil and a very complete green supplement drink.
