I understand that many here find the notion of consuming a litre of apple juice per day for six days somewhat off-putting. Personally, I find it rather tiresome, and I do believe that the following is a suitable, and far more enjoyable alternative. In an 8oz glass, mix:
Approximately 7oz apple juice (preferably fresh and organic)
Two tablespoons apple cider vinegar (organic)
Two tablespoons maple syrup (Grade B)
This tasty, deliciously tart drink need only be drunk once (or more if you so choose), possibly in the morning so as to provide a burst of energy along with vital minerals and the required malic acid.
Perhaps this may seem a tad more appealing than litres upon litres of apple juice...
