High Cortisol and Tyrosine

Should I take tyrosine if I suffer from high night-time cortisol?

Basically, my high night-time cortisol is keeping me from having refreshing sleep. When I wake up in the morning, my body temp is low (36.2c usually).

On the off chance that I do get refreshing sleep, my body temp is normal and I feel 95% normal so it looks like my thyroid is taking a hit whenever I don't get a good nights sleep.

This is supported by some thyroid tests I had done where I went and got tested one day when I was sleep deprived and my TSH was 6.9. The next time I got tested, I felt great that day and my TSH was 2.
