Re: Adrenal fatigue and candida. How do you know?

Many people who suffer with candida overgrowth are in that position because their immune function is weak or suppressed.

Something which commonly suppresses immune function is heavy metal intoxication.

Thus, many people who have candida overgrowth issues actually have heavy metal intoxication as the underlying cause.

Certain heavy metals are also able to suppress, derange, stress, or otherwise negatively affect the endocrine system, of which the adrenals and thyroid are obviously a part.

Mercury is at the top of the list when it comes to combined immune suppression and endocrine issues.

Therefore, if one has adrenal fatigue and also suspects candida overgrowth, then a very reasonable, plausible and worthwhile avenue of investigation is that of heavy metal intoxication.

If you search some of my older posts, you'll find relevant discussion on how to get tested.

None of this post is intended to assert that you do have heavy metal intoxication; it's merely to let you know that it is something you may seriously consider if you do find you have candida issues in addition to adrenal fatigue.

All the best to you, I wish you the best of health.
