If metals are a problem for you, then you probably won't be able to take care of the yeast without taking care of the metals first (or at least my own experience and other people's stories have suggested as much).
I would suggest an anti-yeast program if you feel you need to control the yeast symptoms, but it isn't necessary for metal removal.
The Cutler Protocol is a chelating method which is, basically, frequent-dose use of DMSA and/or ALA. If you wish to try it, I would suggest a google search to find out more about it. It's a good place to start with chelating. There are other methods too, which you could find with a search.
