Juicing is a good idea. I was doing it for a while with no change in symptoms, but I may have been doing the wrong juices. I can only juice vegetables and lemons/limes. The other fruits are too sweet and cause problems.
I react to all fruit, though some more than others: Watermelon and bananas are worse than apples or oranges. I can handle lemon with no effect whatsoever. I think it's the sugar.
