my most essential advice is to keep calm!
try out the usual stuff: experimenting with diet, taking out certain foods, doing sport, exercising etc.
do NOT put dishwashing soap on your lips, it will not help
one personal advice of mine is to put nothing on your lips
i'm balm free for several months now and although my lips are still peeling they are actually better than before, when i was constantly rubbing something on them
i'm only putting moisturiser cream on my face every now and then and include the lips then
don't overdo anything!
